It is a balanced day devoted to furthering the kingdom of God within each of us and throughout our world.
5:00 Rising5:30-6:00 Meditation before the Blessed Sacrament 6:00 Divine Office- Lauds (sung in Choir) 6:15 Mass - The high point and center of our day. 7:00 Breakfast (We listen to readings from a spiritual book or talk on tape during our meals, except for feast days & solemnities) 8:00-3:30 SCHOOL- Followed by free time for private prayer, exercise, a designated duty, school preparation or relaxation 5:00 Vespers of the Divine Office and Rosary 5:30 Dinner 6:30 Community Recreation 7:30 Spiritual Reading & Night prayers, Divine Office- Compline with Salve Procession 8:00 Silence - Time for personal prayer, school preparations, study etc. 10:00 Profound Silence On the weekends we sleep until 6 a.m. and we have extra time for duties and personal time. We also have occasional picnics, celebrations, presentations, concerts and other recreational and sport related activities. Once a month we have a retreat Sunday with silence and Eucharistic adoration. Each year we have a weeklong retreat.
